Refund Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATIONS

Dr Prafullata Rajput and her clinics are committed to providing exceptional care, treatment and wellness to everyone. All services are provided through appointments only.

 

“An Appointment” would mean an online consultation, a followup consultation, a physical consultation booked through the website, an online yoga class, a physical yoga class booked through the website, an online masterclass, a physical masterclass booked through the website, an event, any diet, yoga or lifestyle sessions that are part of a package, or any other session, therapy or service provided either by Dr Rajput, other staff doctors or paramedical staff including therapists at her clinics, or a provider, at a client’s place or online. Unfortunately, when a person cancels an appointment without giving enough notice, they could prevent another person or group from availing a service, from being treated or from accessing wellness. This cancellation and refund policy tries to be fair to both, people booking a service as well as the doctors, providers and therapists. We strive to minimise cancellations by offering flexible rescheduling options, improve timely communication when cancelling and only forfeiting amounts that will cover banking transaction fees, exchange fees and other service charges as well as partially compensate the loss of opportunities for us, our staff, our therapists & providers, when someone cancels an Appointment. 

 

“Cancellation by Client” is, when a client, patient or someone on behalf of others books an Appointment, makes a payment through the Site for it and then chooses to not avail of an appointment or is a “No Show”, with no opportunity of rescheduling the same appointment to a later date.

 

“Cancellation by Provider” is, when Dr Rajput, any of her staff doctors, any of her other staff (paramedical or non-clinical), any of her therapists or providers chooses to cancel an appointment with no opportunity of rescheduling the same appointment to a later date.

 

“No Show Online” is when a person does not inform about cancelling an appointment upto an hour before the appointment or does not turn up for the appointment on time or within 15 minutes after the scheduled time.

 

“No Show Physical” is when a person does not inform about cancelling an appointment upto 2 hours before the appointment or does not turn up for the appointment on time or within 30 minutes after the scheduled time.

 

“Full Refund” is return of funds paid online through this site, (using a Payment Provider like Paypal or funds that have been wired or transferred directly to Dr Rajput’s bank account using UPI phone wallets like PayTM or Google Pay or through NEFT or IMPS transactions) after deducting any bank charges, exchange fees, transaction fees or any other charges, like taxes or service fees that have already been paid for the payment to be processed or will need to be paid in order to process the refund. 

 

“Partial Refund” is return of a certain percentage of the funds paid online through this site, (using a Payment Provider like Paypal or funds that have been wired or transferred directly to Dr Rajput’s bank account using UPI phone wallets like PayTM or Google Pay or through NEFT or IMPS transactions) after deducting any bank charges, processing fees, exchange fees, transaction fees or any other charges, like taxes or service fees that have already been paid for the payment to be processed or will need to be paid in order to process the refund. The percentage of the Partial Refund will be calculated first from the payment amount and then all bank charges, processing fees, exchange fees, transaction fees or any other charges, like taxes or service fees will be deducted before the final refund amount is arrived at.

 

A refund can be processed either through the same Payment Provider or through other channels and will be solely at our convenience and discretion. 

 

After the refund amount is decided, we will have no control over the processing time taken for a refund to reach you, as we cannot be held liable for the processing times of Payment Providers or any other channel used for processing the refund. A refund could take upto 60 days to reach you.

 

For a Cancellation by Client of single person Appointments like medical consultations, therapies, sessions like diet, lifestyle, pranayama, garbhasamskara or any other session which involves a one-on-one interaction with Dr Rajput, any of her staff doctors, any of her other staff (paramedical or non-clinical), any of her therapists or providers, a full refund will be processed only if cancellation is done by 8PM IST of the previous day or if the appointment is on a Monday then by 8PM IST on the previous Friday. 

 

For a cancellation anytime after the above timing, a partial refund of 60% of the payment amount is processed.

 

For a Cancellation by Client of classes, sessions or events where more people are also joining, a full refund will be processed only if cancellation is done by 8PM IST of the previous day or if the appointment is on a Monday then by 8PM IST on the previous Friday. There will be no cancellations entertained after this time cutoff and in the event you still wish to cancel you could avail of a replacement service from us instead. If no other service is availed, the entire amount paid for the service will be forfeited. In case another service is availed in lieu of the cancelled service and the price of that service is lower than the original payment, the difference will be forfeited, not refunded. In case the price of the replacement service is higher than the original service, the difference will need to be paid to us by you. 

 

For a Cancellation by the Provider, if the reason for cancellation is any event beyond our reasonable control, including any internet failures, equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, explosions, acts of God, war, terrorism, intergalactic struggles, governmental actions, orders of courts, agencies or tribunals or non-performance of third parties, then no refund will be provided. Otherwise, a Full Refund will be processed and all bank charges, processing fees, exchange fees, transaction fees or any other charges, like taxes or service fees will be borne by us. 


For Member Plans, refund claims will only be entertained when the plan is being cancelled due to a change in the patient’s medical history, which renders him/her unsuitable for the continuation of the said treatment or the treatment is not in the best interest of the patient as decided by Dr Rajput, other staff doctors and her clinics.

Member Plans can be reviewed after 3 months. If you feel that the current Plan doesn’t work for you, then you could cancel the Plan after a 3 months review period. The remaining money, calculated on the basis of pro-rata payments and unused services (whose charges will be calculated pro-rata) would be refunded after deducting all bank charges, processing fees, exchange fees, transaction fees or any other charges, like taxes or service fees or the amount could be used for availing other available products on this website.

Dr Rajput, her staff doctors and her clinics aim to ensure the best clinical practices by highly qualified and trained Ayurvedic doctors. However, if the prognosis/ outcome of any treatment is not on the desired lines, due to various limitations and the patient asks for a refund, we undertake to repeat the treatment, if required, on priority, at no cost, subject to the below conditions.

  1. That the Patient has been regular in appointments and attended to the clinic or kept online appointments when called by the doctor. The patient has been regular in consuming their medicines / followed instructions regarding diet & lifestyle changes and was present for regular follow-up checkups as advised by Dr Rajput or other staff doctors.

  2. In the case of panchakarmas, the patient has complied with treatment protocols ( for example avoiding the use of aircon and fans when directed, avoiding certain types of food groups, etc.)

  3. In the case of panchakarmas, the patient has to follow post- panchakarma instructions and come for regular checkups or online appointments.

If the cost of repeat treatment is likely to be higher than that previously paid, then the differential amount will need to be paid by the patient.

No Refund Conditions

​

No refund claims for incomplete treatments will be entertained if:

  1. A patient gets part, or the balance treatment done at any other clinic, other than Dr Rajput’s or consults any other doctor and accepts their treatment.

  2. Treatment/ Panchakarma or part of treatment/ panchakarma has commenced or the final stage of treatment/ panchakarma is over.

  3. Treatment/ Panchakarma has been booked/ started under an offer. Such treatment/ panchakarma amount paid can however be used for any other treatment/ panchakarma.

For Yoga sessions, events, masterclasses or any other events, there would be no refunds for:

   1. No Shows

   2. Participants who come late or leave sessions early

   3. Participants who could not login on time, due to technical issues or internet issues at their           end.
